Hi we’re back with some more Modern Warfare 2 news.

• Modern Warfare 2 regains it’s Call of Duty prefix, only that it doesn’t say ‘Call of Duty 6′. The final title is ‘Call of Duty : Modern Warfare 2′. By regaining it’s CoD title, game analysts suggest that the game will get even more sales, most casual gamers not even knowing that Modern Warfare 2 has some sort of connection with the actual CoD series : ”Infinity Ward’s Modern Warfare 2 is the direct sequel to Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. We have focused our attention on Modern Warfare in order to most effectively communicate the fact that this is the first true sequel in the Call of Duty series. Infinity Ward, the original creators of the Call of Duty franchise, has said from the beginning Modern Warfare 2 resides in the Call of Duty universe. This is reflected in the title’s package.”

• Infinity Ward announced that the game will come in three versions : Standard edition, that includes only the game; Hardened edition, includes the original game, some concept art, sketches and stuff, and a metallic cover; and finally there’s the Prestige edition that includes the aforementioned stuff, plus some night vision goggles !

• Here’s the unconfirmed Modern Warfare 2 main menu. It could be a beta, or it could be the final version. Who knows ?

• Here’s Gamespot’s Stage Demo where the developers present bits of the game and shows some actual gameplay footage.

• Last but not least, check out the confirmed Boxshot of the game. Remember, it’s getting released on November 10th 2009.
